Last year’s festival attracted more than 2,000 people, creating an amazing atmosphere where people of all ages, identities, cultures and backgrounds came together to celebrate, connect and simply be themselves. This year, we’re looking forward to making the festival even more colourful and welcoming, with live entertainment, inspiring performances, community stalls, kids’ activities, delicious food and plenty of opportunities to connect.

Expression of Interests for stallholders is now open.

Pride in Swan is excited to invite community groups, not-for-profits, businesses, and individuals to have a stall at the Pride Swan Festival 2026! This family-friendly event will feature:
🎶 Live band & entertainment
🎭 Performances and community showcases
🎉 Fun activities for all ages

The festival is a celebration of the LGBTIQA+SB community, their friends, family, allies, and supporters. It’s an opportunity to connect, celebrate diversity, and uplift organisations that serve our community.

Who Can Apply?

✔ Community groups & not-for-profits.
✔ LGBTIQA+SB-owned businesses, groups, services, or individuals.
✔ General stallholders, businesses, or individuals.

💡 Priority will be given to organisations that are part of, or provide services to, the LGBTIQA+SB community.

Stall Requirements

All stallholders must:
✅ Hold valid public liability and indemnity insurance (if you are a small, unincorporated community group we may be able to support you with free insurance coverage, please contact us for more details).
✅ Ensure compliance with relevant licenses or permits, including:

• Food stalls: Must meet food safety and handling regulations.
• Other specialist services: Must have the necessary accreditation or approvals.

Marquees

Due to popular requests this year marquees will be provided and setup before the event, so you do not need to worry about setup or pack down. To cover the costs of setup and hire there is a fee as per below (all prices are inclusive of GST) :

• LGBTIQA+SB owned or operated businesses, community groups, or individuals – $55 for a 3×3 marquee or $110 for a 6×3 marquee
• Non LGBTIQA+SB business and large incorporated groups – $110 for a 3×3 marquee or $220 for a 3×3 marquee
• A limited number of BYO marquee spaces are available for $55 for organisations and stallholders who wish to bring and use their own branded marquee for promotional purposes.
• We will have a limited number of free marquee spaces available based on sponsorships for small LGBTIQA+SB groups. Please contact us for details.
• Food Stalls & Food Trucks – All food vendors must be self-contained and have everything required to operate and serve safely on the day, including relevant licenses. The site fee for food trucks is $70.

Important Information

Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Each applicant will be contacted separately regarding their stall application and payment details.

Sponsorship Opportunities

We are also looking for organisations to sponsor key areas of the festival, such as providing subsidised marquees to smaller groups. If your organisation is interested, there will be an optional section in the application form to indicate your interest.
